The bed was comfortable, and the room featured a modern design that enhanced my stay. The staff were really good, providing fantastic service from the concierge to housekeeping. I appreciated their thoughtful gesture of leaving chocolates for my friend’s birthday, even though the card had a small error. The location was perfect, close to various restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore.
Breakfast was lacking, ran out of items 🥴.

Location: the hotel was close to river and restaurant, bars and shops, and the centre of the bathroom. The staff were especially helpful, and the public parking was available. I had a nice size and well-equipped room with a bath and value for money, for example...
Even though everything was very good, some of the staff were quite busy.

The room was fine, and the staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our visit.
The breakfast selection could be improved by offering better tea service.

The location is fantastic, with amazing views and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were super friendly, especially Ralf at concierge who really made us feel welcome. I also enjoyed the spacious room and the pool area, which was a great way to unwind after exploring the city.
. Our check-in was delayed, and the room had some signs of wear and tear. The bathroom setup was a bit odd, making it challenging for night-time visits. We also had some issues with breakfast service and noise from nearby clubs, which dampened the experience a bit. it was a mixed bag!

The staff, especially during breakfast, enhance the experience with their warmth. the noise from the street could be bothersome, and some amenities felt lacking, like the slow service for breakfast items and a crowded pool area. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-05-14}'''

We waited over an hour for two cocktails after a night out, and it felt frustrating. I expected a more upscale experience for the price I paid, especially for basic service.

The freestanding bath was a luxurious touch, providing the perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day. I also appreciated the surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a restful night.
The only minor drawback was the slightly outdated Wi-Fi service, which occasionally struggled to keep up with my streaming needs. Despite this small hiccup, the overall experience was fantastic.
